Notice About RSO Applications
Groups must have successfully completed and maintained recognition and received approval from Campus Activities to table at the Involvement Fair. Campus Activities will reach out to all approved groups prior to the Involvement Fair with information on how to share your group’s interest and availability for tabling during the Involvement Fair.
Fall Involvement Fair
The 2026 Fall Involvement Fair will take place August 25–27, 2026.
Organizations recognized during the previous academic year must submit their recognition application by the priority deadline of August 8, 2026 to be considered for participation.

Spring Involvement Fair
The Spring Involvement Fair will take place during Week 1 in the Spring Semester on Trousdale Parkway, Alumni Park, and McCarthy Quad. Please visit the event page on EngageSC for general information and to register as an attendee. Information for recognized groups on how to request a table will be shared prior to the Involvement Fair.
Trousdale Information Tables
Trousdale Information Tables are available weekdays to RSOs via Trojan Event Services (TES). Tables may be used for the purposes of promoting an RSO or an RSO event. Please visit the TES website for complete guidelines and requirements. Groups wishing to fundraise or table for other purposes must reserve a space and submit a USC Event Permit Application (UEPA) for approval.
