Part of the Trojan Welcome Experience, the Spring 2026 Involvement Fair will be held January 13-15 (Tuesday through Thursday) from 11am – 2pm each day. Visit the Involvement Fair to learn more about different RSOs, find your community, and get involved! Attendees may register for the event on EngageSC.
Departments are invited to submit a request for a tabling space, and tables may be assigned once Recognized Student Organizations and student governments are accommodated. To request a table, please submit the Department Tabling Request Form
Information for RSOs on how to indicate their interest and share availability for tabling will be shared with RSO officers once their group is approved.
Only RSOs that have successfully completed the recognition process for the 2025-2026 academic year and maintained RSO status will be able to table at the Involvement Fair.
