Campus Activities will hold two interactive workshops during the fall and spring semester aimed to enhance your capacity to lead and effectively work with others. Attending one of the workshops below will develop your leadership skills and increase your awareness of personal strengths, core values, and leadership style.
Workshops incorporate StrengthsQuest to help better understand leadership traits.

Monday, February 25th, 5:30PM, TCC 450 (The Forum)
Leadership development workshops are offered to registered student organizations that are designed to test, build and educate leaders at all levels. We invite your organization to request a workshop from the list below on topics relevant to you and your organization leadership development goals.
Each workshop is approximately 60 minutes. You must have at least 10 members to request a workshop and are responsible for booking a room through Trojan Events Services. Workshops must be requested two weeks in advance and should be between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Being a leader means making big decisions. Learn how to make tough calls for the team and own decisions that impact the entire group.
Learn to embrace conflict! We will review different leadership styles, discuss how to effectively work with others and minimize conflict. You will be provided with tips and strategies to manage organizational conflict.
Learn to effectively communicate in your organization by understanding group dynamics and developing interpersonal skills.
Effective Leaders are Self-Aware
Leave your biases at the door! An open dialogue on micro-aggressions and its effects on others.
This workshop will help enable organizational stability through goal setting, mission analysis, and visioning.
