Father’s Day Chill and Grill

DESCRIPTION: The main objective of this event is to craft a celebration for the fathers of South LA. We want to give back to these fathers by providing food, possibly raffles, and a day of enjoyable activities. This event will be accompanied by guest speakers, who are fathers themselves, as they will be given a platform to speak about their success stories and their avocation for dedication and counseling. By honoring each father’s role in raising their children in being responsible, we can recognize their hard work & dedication in parenting. We overall want to create a space where each parent’s sacrifice is known, expressing love and appreciation for the heart they put into their children.
