Trojans Serve feature 1 service project at each event and increase the ways that students and RSOs can volunteer through our center.

Propose a Trojans Serve Project
Through Trojans Serve, the Volunteer Center aims to provide a greater number and wider variety of volunteer opportunities representing the issues and needs in our local community. Ten to forty volunteers will participate in one on- or off-campus project. This initiative will offer 2-3 monthly events that students can register for.
This initiative also provides more flexibility for community nonprofits and RSO’s to propose and host service projects on dates outside of our fixed Friends & Neighbors dates and times. To propose a Trojans Serve project, please click on the link below.
Proposal Guidelines
Participants
Projects must be open to any and all students UNLESS your student organization wishes to cosponsor a project for your members. If a project is restricted to your membership, then you must cover the cost of transportation or supplies and our center will handle the logistics.
Location
Projects sites can be off campus at a nonprofit or community park, or on campus. RSO’s may book an on-campus space through Trojan Event Services. If an RSO or nonprofit needs more support with reserving a space, mention it on the form and our team will do its best to support you.
Budget
The Volunteer Center will cover the cost of transportation, if applicable. For cosponsored events, if we have the budget available to fund project supplies that amount will be added in this section.
