LEAD Mentoring is a mentorship program that connects experienced USC students with incoming students, both first-year and transfer students! The primary goals of the program are to develop USC’s future leaders by providing support and guidance for new students, increasing student awareness of campus and community resources, and creating a network of leaders at USC. The lasting relationships created will help students figure out the “ins and outs” of USC. During the program, the mentors will provide the mentees with the following experiences:
- Attend the Kick-off Meeting
- Meeting one-on-one on a regular basis
- Attend monthly group events
- Attend a closing ceremony and banquet
At the conclusion of the semester, all mentor/mentee pairs who have successfully completed the required elements will receive a certificate of completion at the closing ceremony. This is a unique opportunity for both students to learn about leadership while having fun!
If you are a junior or senior interested in participating as a mentor or a new student interested in participating as a mentee, please apply at the links below!
This is an experience you will never forget!
