The L.E.A.D. Mentoring Program connects students to peer Trojans on campus who will serve as their mentor and as an important resource on campus. Mentors are here to help with your transition to USC and help you build a sense of community.
Mentees are matched with Trojan Mentors based on interest and career aspirations. Mentors are here to share their USC experiences, offer advice and help you build connections across campus. We work together to create an enriching experience for each mentee and ensure both mentee and mentors received the support they need to succeed.
By volunteering your time and energy to this experience, you will mutually gain a greater connection to the University and enhance your college experience.
